Becoming a certified HR professional demonstrates a commitment to the profession and a certain level of knowledge and expertise.  The certification is desgined to validate a person's knowledge, skills and competence in various aspects of HR Management.  Having a certification can earn you recognition from your organization as well as your peers. Having years of experience is great, but why not take it a step further and to another level.
